Is your showroom open? Can I pick-up my order?

Our showroom is currently closed to customers due to Covid19 safety precautions. We do, however, offer curbside pickup. If you are local to Malahide and want to pick up your order, please call us or place your order online and select “in-store pickup” at checkout. You will receive an email when you order is ready for curbside pickup

When will my order ship?

Orders placed Monday through Friday before 5pm EST will ship the next day (excluding holidays). Orders placed after 5pm EST will ship in two business days. Orders placed after 5pm EST on Friday will not ship until Monday.

Can I ship to a PO Box?

UPS does not deliver to PO Boxes. For packages less than 1lb, you will have the option of selecting “Saver Shipping” which can ship via the US Postal Service to a PO box. For larger orders, please provide a street address for UPS shipping. If you have any questions, please call us 519 266 6796

How will I know that my order has shipped?

You will get a shipping confirmation email with the UPS tracking number for your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

No. As we like to say, there is no such thing as free shipping. Somebody pays for it! We only charge our customers the fee that UPS charges us for shipping. We keep our prices incredibly low and competitive, and we are therefore unable to absorb shipping costs.

Do you have coupon codes?

No, however we do offer quantity discounts.

What forms of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. You can also pay through PayPal.
