How ordering works
Quote first, so the pricing fits the project.
Large orders deserve a human. Here is the whole process.
- 01
Build your list
Add bulbs, displays and décor to your quote list from the catalog, or send us a pole count, tree list or site plan and we'll build it for you.
- 02
Get a line-item quote
We reply by email within one business day with shipping, timeline, and any volume, installer or public-sector pricing you qualify for. No payment online.
- 03
Approve and we ship
Approve the quote, pay by card, e-transfer or PO (net-30 for municipalities and BIAs), and it ships from our London, Ontario warehouse.
What buyers say
“We lit 28 poles on the main street and the 3D reindeer at the square from one order. Line-item quote in a day, invoiced net-30, everything arrived before our install window.”
“The C9s and socket spools are the same gear we were sourcing from the States, without the exchange, duty and three-week wait.”
“Our atrium tree, the photo-op archway and the lobby garland came pre-decorated and ready to set. Guests were taking photos the first night.”

What counts as a commercial or wholesale order?
Any order for a business, public body or installer. Case quantities of bulbs and strands, multiple displays, or a property-wide package all qualify for volume pricing on the quote.
Do you have minimums?
No minimum order. Volume pricing starts at case quantities (for example four or more 25-packs of C9, or ten or more strands) and improves with the size of the order.
Can you work from a tender or RFP?
Yes. Send the document and we return a line-item quote with specs, warranty and delivery windows in the format the tender asks for.
Do you install?
We supply. For installation we refer crews in Southwestern Ontario and the GTA, and most municipalities and property teams install with their own staff or contractor.
How do payment terms work?
Businesses pay by card or e-transfer on approval of the quote. Municipalities, BIAs, school boards and other public-sector buyers can be set up for net-30 PO invoicing and tax-exempt handling.
